Kally of MiddleMe invited me to write another guest post and this time she would like me to address the topic ‘How to handle grief in the workplace, when your colleague passed away‘. Honestly, I cringed a bit, an automatic response to the word grief. However, I also immediately knew I would agree to do it. Since grief might not be an easy topic to talk (or write) about, however, it is part of life. Denying life is finite, is not a healthy habit.

Stepping up for Our Dreampack (Update)

Life can be harsh, the only guarantee we have is that it will end. Today, tomorrow, next year? Is it really the only guarantee in life? Maybe kindness, compassion, acknowledgment guarantees Love?

It’s the opening paragraph of my ‘about-page’. For me personally, it starts with being an example first. Lead your life in a way people are inspired, believe it is possible to do better, create a better place for us all.

However, we also should remain realistic.
